Targeted attacks on Business Enterprise are increasing with a high rate. Kaspersky Lab Report says that a full 94% of organizations have encountered at least one cyber security incident this year so far among which 12% said that those attacks were targeted.

Targeted attacks does not see how much big company you have. Every member is the field is at risk. A Targeted Attacks can cost around $2.4M to a business enterprise where as $84,000 to a mid-sized business. Though the amount does not look pretty big but that's enough to make anyone go out of the picture.
the story does not end here. There are other expenses even after the attack. A company takes a heavy load of expenses regarding the fixture of the attack and also to add additional security for the company. Beside the technical expenses, a Company also faces reputation downtime and even more, a serious data breach of contracts. To add additional security for both IT Stuffs and its employees costs big to the Companies Economical Condition.
Every company has its own point of view about this kind of attack.A slightly greater number of larger companies see the threat as major. The survey showed that 38 percent of companies with between 1,500 to 5,000 employees viewing targeted attacks as a major threat while 39 percent of companies with more than 50,000 employees said the same. And, 34 percent, representing mid-sized and small businesses, zeroed in on targeted attacks as a top priority.
Also, more than one-third (34%) of companies named the protection of confidential data against targeted attacks as a key problem for IT management teams.
According to Chris Doggett, managing director of Kaspersky Lab North America, the main culprit in this segment is Malware. He points out Malware for big data breaches that we saw in mega retailers like Target or Home Depot.
He said that this kind of threats are increasing so fast that every company, big or small, are forced to think about their cyber security.
He added,
However, we are seeing that the number of companies that are actually taking that knowledge and turning it into an action to protect their organization from such attacks is still alarmingly low.
With major breaches being reported regularly now, it is critical for businesses of all sizes to make protection of their IT infrastructure their top priority, especially given the damages that arise from each successful targeted attack.
